Maximum performance for your photovoltaic system - up to 30% more yield through regular cleaning

The company Bremer & Leguil GmbH from Duisburg presents the innovative cleaner Rivolta P.H.C., specially developed for cleaning medium and large-scale photovoltaic systems. The material compatibility of this cleaner has been tested and confirmed by the renowned Fraunhofer Center for Silicon Photovoltaics CSP.
Why Rivolta P.H.C.?
- Yield increase: Regular cleaning with Rivolta P.H.C. can increase the yield of your PV system by up to 30%.
- Biodegradable: The solar cleaner is environmentally friendly and safe for nature.
- Material compatibility tested: Suitable for all surfaces of your PV system without damaging the components.
- Reduction of re-soiling: Lasting cleanliness, longer cleaning intervals.
- Effective removal of lichens and mosses: Leaves a clean and smooth surface that offers hardly any adhesion for growth and dirt.
The efficiency and performance of photovoltaic systems depend crucially on the cleanliness of the surface. Less soiling also means more solar radiation - and therefore more yield. Depending on the degree of soiling, performance losses of 3% to 15% are not uncommon. Extremely dirty systems can even lose up to 30% of their performance. Regular cleaning is therefore essential.
Tested quality and safety: Rivolta P.H.C. is the first tested cleaner on the market. In the Fraunhofer CSP test laboratory, compatibility tests were carried out on PV module components commonly used in the industry, including aluminum frames with an anodized coating, silicone edge seals and photovoltaic rolled glass with anti-reflective coating (ARC glass). The results show that no impairment of the tested functionalities of the photovoltaic modules due to chemical interactions is to be expected during the entire service life of approx. 25 years.
Field-proven results: In cooperation with the company sun-X GmbH, the cleaning results were confirmed in practice. Pascal Liebold, Managing Director of sun-X GmbH, reports: “At first we were skeptical, but after several days of testing on a large system, we are convinced. The cleaning performance is enormous and ideal for use with our robots. The testing by the Fraunhofer CSP gives us and our customers additional security.”
Environmentally friendly and efficient: “In addition to cleaning performance, freedom from labeling and biodegradability in accordance with the OECD guideline was a basic requirement for us during development, as this product is used exclusively outdoors. We have achieved this with Rivolta P.H.C.”, says Darius Jendryschik, application engineer and developer at Bremer & Leguil GmbH.
Rivolta P.H.C. offers all companies and service providers who operate or clean PV systems the optimum cleaner for environmentally friendly and efficient cleaning, even for stubborn soiling such as resins, pollen, bird droppings, “black fungus” on the edge of the module or residues from exhaust gases.
